Some of the finance options we provide to our clients in the government contracting community -

Line of Credit

Government Contracts come with a varying degree of capital needs. Access to capital is critical for Government contractors, either for the upfront costs of the new contracts or to perform on an on-going basis on the awarded contracts. You need to meet your expenses during the procurement as well as the performance period, and you need access to capital that can bridge the gap between your receivables and your payables.

A Line of Credit allows you to borrow only what you need, when you need it. It is customarily based on your outstanding accounts receivables. It typically has a fixed rate and an annual commitment fee.

Invoice Finance

Invoice Finance or Factoring, is an advance against your future receivables at a discount. It is useful during the gap between the time you raise an invoice and when you receive payment from the government agency or the prime contractor.

As you perform on the contracts, the invoices keep piling up while you wait for those to be paid, and it often disrupts your cash flow. At some point, it could also lead to a cash-crunch for your business, or the inability to procure more contracts. Invoice Finance helps you continue your business operations as usual, until the time your cash flow strengthens to support on-going and new contracts.

Purchase Order Finance

Do you have a task order or purchase order from a Government Agency or Prime Contractor, but need the capital to get started? We get it.

Purchase order finance is a potential solution for it. It allows businesses to borrow against purchase orders procured from the government agencies or prime contractors. It can be used to run the payroll, make the initial payments to the vendors for materials and inventories required to fulfil an order, or other expenses.
